If it’s something you’ve been meaning to get done, and you want strategic support to get it off your plate, this is likely a great fit.

How is this different from your Ops Intensive or retainer services?

This is a one-time service focused on a specific project. The Ops Intensive is a 90-day container with both strategy and VA implementation included. My retainer services are ongoing partnerships. Project Support is for when you need help with one thing, handled well and handled now.

It depends on the project. Some are strategy-focused and end with a ready-to-go plan or system. Others include light implementation like setting up workflows or organizing tools. If the project calls for more hands-on help, I may recommend bringing in a VA and can help with that too.
