Project Support is best for operational, marketing, or organizational projects that have clear start and end points. Think hiring help, setting up a system, planning a one-time launch, or cleaning up your backend tools. If it’s something you’ve been meaning to get done, and you want strategic support to get it off your plate, this is likely a great fit.
This is a one-time service focused on a specific project. The Ops Intensive is a 90-day container with both strategy and VA implementation included. My retainer services are ongoing partnerships. Project Support is for when you need help with one thing, handled well and handled now.
No problem. That’s exactly what the initial conversation is for. We’ll talk through where you’re feeling stuck, clarify the goal, and I’ll help you define a clear path forward. From there, I’ll send a proposal so you can decide if it feels like the right fit.
Timelines vary depending on the size and scope of your project, but most Project Support work wraps up within 2 to 4 weeks. I’ll outline an exact timeline in your proposal so you’ll know what to expect.
Pricing is customized based on what you need, but most projects fall in the $500 to $2,000 range. You’ll receive a clear proposal with cost and deliverables after we talk through your project needs.
It depends on the project. Some are strategy-focused and end with a ready-to-go plan or system. Others include light implementation like setting up workflows or organizing tools. If the project calls for more hands-on help, I may recommend bringing in a VA and can help with that too.
